If I ordered multiple products, will they arrive all at once or separate?
All products will arrive at once.
What happens if one of my items breaks?
Mila Jewels is always committed to ensuring great customer service and a positive experience. We are more than pleased to offer our jewelry patrons a guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear.
This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by Mila Jewels, your piece was intentionally damaged. In the event Mila Jewels no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
