We prepare your order in 48/72 hours from when you place your order.

As a general rule, unless it is specified in the product or there is a general promotion on shipments, shipping is free from $30 of purchase in articles (this does not include the cost of shipping). For lower amounts, shipping will be $3.99 for US.

Once the order is processed and shipped, the shipping time will depend on the country to which it is made and will have an estimated duration in working days comprised of the days indicated in the table below.

The customer must indicate the address correctly, if he wrongly writes the address due to failure or omission of data and the package is not delivered, we will not be responsible for sending a new order nor will there be the right to a financial refund.

We can have some delay due to COVID-19. Employee availability and human resources can vary, there may be temporary delaus to some deliveries

During the summer months, it is possible that shipments may be delayed due to the fact that the logistics companies we work with reduce their human and material resources. This may cause a slight delay of a few days in the delivery of your package.

Sometimes an order may take longer than usual, in which case the delivery may take up to 30 working days to arrive, in the event of exceeding the times our team will file the claim with our carriers to expedite the delivery of your order in the shortest possible time. If the order is lost in transit, we will resend it, but you must wait these days until the new shipment or payment is made.
